UNTIL THE END OF SUMMER

Hello from DC. My cat Stella insisted on being in this photo. She's rather fond of me (she knows where the food comes from).

I'm counting the days until Summer is over. I hate the heat and it IS freakin hot in Washington right now. Last I checked it was around 97 degrees.

Anyway the heat has been my excuse to stay in and work on new tracks---both for release purposes and live performance reasons. I actually sat down and wrote a new song this week for the first time in eons. You see --- I don't really need to write anything new. I already have the world's largest collection of unfinished songs so when I DO write something new---I end up feeling guilty for having neglected my earlier, incomplete progeny. Still it's a lot of fun to work on brand new things.

Hope you're all well wherever you are and having a great summer. I can't wait for Fall to get here. Hope to have some new music for you by then. And we are still in the works as far as live shows go. Talking to the clubs etc...Stay cool. I have to go get ready to hit the clubs tonight. I think I'll do 17th Street. I need to meet some new queens. PEACE & LOVE.
